In O.P. Agrawal it is said that -oyl chloride is used in IUPAC.Common name is benzyl chloride and not benzoyl chloride.Acc to JEE 2006 paper Benzene carbonyl chloride is the correct name.

We can refer IUPAC rules on net at www.iupac.org .I went to quick search section and tried both names.I suppose IUPAC uses Benzoyl chloride rather than benzene carbonyl chloride.
