Q1:- Find the domain of the following functions:-

(a) :-  f(x) = (cos(sin x))1/2

(b) :-  f(x) = (sin(cos x))1/2

Q2:- Find the range of the following function:-

         f(x) = [sin{ln((x2 + e)/(x2 +1))}]1/2 + [cos{ln((x2 + e)/(x2 +1))}]1/2

Shashank Todwal's reply fot the first question is right. The domain for the 1(b) is (4n+1)[(+pie)/2 to (-pie)/2]

The range for the second question is f(X) belongs to (1,0). However the domain for this question is that x belongs to the set of real numbers.

Asif Zafar, put x=pie in q.1)b which is valid in the domain given by you.But in that case f(x) is imaginery. So i think your answer is wrong.

I assumed one would move conterclockwize on the coordiante plane.
If one moves clockwize(like ur doing) then the domain is (4n+1)[(-(pie)/2 to + (pie)/2].
