Left side movable pulley has 2T downwards and T upwards. This is possible when T=0, which means free fall for both masses.

If T=0, there can be no pull by string. This is obtained considering ideal pulleys and string which may not be the case with real pulleys and string.
There is no possible answer to this question.Here at a point you can find T=2T which can only be true when T=0.
