newton's 1st law - equilibrium

A mass M is connected with a string to a smaller mass m.  The mass M is resting on an inclined plane and the string goes over a pulley at the top of the plane so that the mass m is hanging vertically  (see image).  What must the angle of the plane be in order to have equilibrium.

I hope pulley is not hanging in air....

Assuming no friction, Mgsin(theta)=T=mg

You should be able to find theta now.
