If I throw an object from a very long building with velocity u upwards and at the same time drop an object form building, when will they meet?

Equations tell me another story but I am unable to interpret the conclusion from equation.Equations tell me that they meet only at t=0 that is at the starting of experiment which is true, but won't they meet again??

Please reply soon as there are only 8 days to go.BEST LUCK TO ALL.

If both the objects were thrown/released at the same time, they will never meet again. What the equations tell is correct. Even if u see it logically, you'll see that by the time the body which was thrown upwards comes back to its starting pt., the second body will have acquired a velocity of 2u while that of the first one is 'u'. As speed always increases due to gravity (if they are falling downward ofcourse!!), it is impossible for them to meet again.
