find the range of:
f(x)=sqrt(16-x2)
we get the domain as [-4,4] but we only take [0,4] as the range. can someone tell me why dont we take the negative values

Is the equation of a circle x2+y2=1 is a function ? Justify your answer.
If not then what is the meaning of a circular function?
let a,b,c be 3 vectors having magnitude 1,1,2 resp. if a*(a*c)+ b =0 {*-cross product} . find acute angle b/w a & c.
my way is that take a cross with b.then proceed as b*b=0 & b*a*(a*b)=0, then take b*a as r proceeding i'm getting 60 but answer is 30
Hi,
