Where are the GOT's???

I heard Global Open tests will be online on 2nd , and it's 4th already and we have no signs of them being online, I have received my password in mail but could someone point me out to the actual things?

If you read carefully - the official declaration - it is written that the screening test will be activated between 3'rd to 8'th.  No specific date of activation is given.

Anyway, the test was activated on 3'rd late night and is online since then.
