hi friend,

the centre of that given circle is A[1,2} and radius is 5

point of contact is [5,5].If B{h,k} be the centre of the required circle with radius 5 ..then the point of contact will be the mid point of AB

5=h+1/2    and 5=k+2/2

u get h=9 and k=8

so the equation will be [x-9]^2 + [y-8]^2 = 5^2

wishing u all the very best
