- Energise yourself with deep breathing and/or by doing rapid fluttering of breath once in a while after a gap of few hours of study.
- Increase the circulation of blood in the brain after every few hours of study by sitting in cross-legged position and bringing the head down towards the ground in front with two hands pushing the neck from behind when the stomach is not too heavy.
