Clausius clapeyron equation, logP=-A/T +B shows that vapour pressure increases as temperature increases.Is this also valid for gases ?

think the above equation should work for gases too....

But I think that the vapor should necessarily be an ideal one.

yes,
exactly the gaseous vapour must and should be ideal for the equation to be valid.
