When f(z) is divided by z-i the remainder is 1-i.When f(z) is divided by z+i the remainder is 1+i.what is the remainder when f(z) is divided by  (z^2)+1 ?

what is the oxidation number of Fe in the brown ring complex {FeSO₄.NO}?

I thought NO exhibits +1 oxidation state in all other complexes except in brown ring complex in which it's oxidation state is 0.and thus Fe oxidation state is +2.Am I right?
