In traditional class, the teacher gives the lecture and most part of it is content delivery.
In flipped course, the class/lecture is recorded in advance. The student/affiliate is given the access to the recordings of the concerned topic(s) in advance. The student can go through these recordings any time he/she wishes to or the affiliate can play these recordings to the students.
Once, certain number of recordings have been studied, live review is done in which new problems are given for practice, doubts pertaining to the recordings are also addressed in real time besides adding extra points or updates. This review/updates/doubt class can be conducted once a week for each standard.
